Karolina Jackson-Ward has more than twenty years experience in the IT industry in a variety of roles. In her current role as Manager for Customer Experience for Projectplace at Planview she is in charge of a geographically dispersed team that ensures users and onboarded, and have all the information that they need to get the most out of the product. She also ensures that customer value stays in focus in development and that product value is communicated clearly. She is passionate about delivering value, efficient collaboration, leadership, customer focus and having fun. Besides the job of managing her team, Karolina is an experienced presenter at events such as webinars and seminars around Europe.
